Our highly trained registered nursing team specializes in infusion therapy, including complex MS medications, and maintains a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio so you always receive attentive, personalized care.
Our clinics are built for comfort, with private rooms, cozy seating, WiFi, Hulu, and complimentary snacks and beverages. It is a far more relaxed experience than a busy hospital infusion ward.
With four locations across Eau Claire, Wausau, Madison, and Onalaska, you can receive your MS infusion therapy close to home without the long drives or hospital parking.
Our team handles the insurance and prior authorization process for specialty infusion medications so you can focus on your health, not the paperwork.
At Smart Infusion, your care does not happen in isolation. We coordinate closely with your prescribing neurologist to stay aligned on your treatment plan, and after every visit we send a detailed summary note to your referring provider. That kind of communication matters when you are managing a complex condition like MS.
Our clinics were also designed to offer something hospitals simply cannot: a more personal, one-on-one experience. You will see the same familiar faces in a calm environment built around your comfort. And because we operate as an outpatient infusion center rather than a hospital system, we are able to offer high-quality care at a more affordable price. Financial concerns should not stand between you and the MS treatment you need, and at Smart Infusion, they do not have to.

Our team is experienced in delivering several FDA-approved MS infusion therapies, including Tysabri (natalizumab), Ocrevus (ocrelizumab), Ocrevus Zunovo, and Briumvi. These medications are used to treat relapsing forms of MS and, in the case of Ocrevus, primary progressive MS as well. Your neurologist will determine which therapy is right for you.
Yes, you will need an order from your neurologist or specialist to receive infusion therapy at Smart Infusion. If you have already been prescribed an infusion medication and are looking for a convenient place to receive it, we can work with your care team to get you set up. If you do not have an order yet, contact us, and we can help you coordinate with your existing provider.
Your visit will take place in a calm, comfortable setting with a registered nurse monitoring your care throughout the session. Private rooms are available. Treatment times vary depending on the medication you are receiving, so your care team can give you a better estimate once your therapy is confirmed. We encourage patients to bring something to enjoy during their session, though we also offer WiFi, Hulu, snacks, and beverages.
